Brewery team update!

Firstly - a huge congratulations to Perry on his promotion to Lead Brewer! On 1st September, Perry officially took over the role at Copper Beech, and we couldn’t be more proud. Watching his progression, seeing what he brings to the team (and most importantly, the b**rs) has been an absolute joy. We’re so excited to see what comes next for him.

Secondly - a warm welcome to Billy, who has joined the team as our new Apprentice Brewer! Billy brings a real passion for the industry, along with plenty of knowledge and enthusiasm, and we have absolutely no doubt he’s going to smash his apprenticeship.

When Copper Beech was nothing more than a pipe dream and a garden shed, one of the things Dan always talked about was wanting to create opportunities for people, particularly through apprenticeships. So to be in this position now is a hugely proud moment for us.

And to make it even sweeter, we got to attend Brewers Congress in London together as a full brewery team last week 🙌🏻🍻
