One of our new dishes served inside @ The Bear And Ragged Staff Inn every 2nd wednesday of the month alongside the pubs FREE quiz with prizes.

This is the Shanghai pork belly, slow cooked in soy, hoisin, stock, aromatics and spices over night then cooled, cut and fried and finish in a reduction of the braising liqueur 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Served with gochujang mayo, soy and lime pickled cucumber, wafu slaw, spring onion, sesame seeds, fresh chilli and coriander

🔥 ALL NEW MENU COMING SOON 🔥

As we now only serve 1 a month from inside The Bear And Ragged Staff Inn when they do there quiz night we've decided to change the menu to suit the venue a little more. All food will be plated and there will be more show stopping times as well as keeping some mantra classics going as we know you love them.

The relaunch of the new menu will be march 11th (wednesday)

We will be posting pictures of the new menu items from now until then as we work to perfect the dishes.

Look forward to seeing you all next month @ the bear and ragged staff, Bransford.
