I even enjoy learning from my mistakes even if I do have a paddy about it first... I can't believe I'm still going after all this time.... Luckily I had some of these Mega Beast King Prawns left over and some Courgettes from my mums veg patch so it was only right to Marry them together.

SOLD OUT 🤦‍♀️❌️❌️❌️❌️Well folks .... please don't come at me for not advertising this tapas, I knew I was on my works doo last night and may not be capable of anything today but Belinda , a valued long standing customer (as you all are) asked me to feed 8 people for a little gathering tonight and they're in for a treat ... subsequently I have some spare tapas so if you would like some be really quick. If you miss out i promise I will do another tapas night as soon as i have five minutes 🤣😭🤦‍♀️

First time at a Cheese & Onion Pie for Sians birthday party , and safe to say was a success... I have been at work all week so I'm sorry for lack of meals etc. Will be doing some stuff next week again... have had a few people asking for Buffet menus aswell . Just a reminder that I can make anything within reason and to just ask and if I can I will do my best , time permitting. I often do menus for tapas/buffets for small private parties etc 🙏

'THAI BEEF JUNGLE CURRY '

Its official, I've lost the plot . Made this Thai Jungle Curry on one of the hottest days of the year and it is NOT for the weak 🤣🥵🥵🥵🔥... Don't be expecting this on my Menu anytime soon as it is far too expensive to make . Paid £15.99 for some young green Peppercorns on Amazon lol... but this has got to be my all time favourite curry and your can get it from both Thai Takeaways in Whitehaven. I'll still be buying it from there too to support the local businesses. Just thought I'd try it for myself whilst I've had one a few days off cooking , then find myself cooking. Make that make sense ...🤷‍♀️
