Higaldo Serranos bring a brilliant balance of fresh chilli flavour and approachable heat, with a deeper, richer character once they ripen to that gorgeous vibrant red.

They’re not about smashing you over the head with heat — they bring flavour, warmth and depth, which is exactly what we wanted from Myldfire.

Bright, fruity and packing some serious heat 🔥

Yellow habaneros are one of my favourite chillies to work with. They’ve got that unmistakable habanero heat, but underneath it is a beautiful tropical, almost citrusy fruitiness that makes them incredibly versatile.

That’s exactly why they feature heavily in Tonatiuh — bringing the heat while keeping the flavour bright and fresh. 🌞🌶️

Hot? Absolutely.
Full of flavour? Even more so.

We’ve been keeping this one under wraps, but the wait is over.

Today's were launching Scotchy Ting and this one is bringing some serious Caribbean character. 🌶️

Bright, fruity Scotch Bonnet heat, backed up with lime, pimento, ginger and garlic, with that cheeky little tingle that keeps you coming back for more.

But there’s another reason today is a special one…
Today marks ONE YEAR of Wyldfire. ❤️🔥

What started with a few bottles and a mad idea has somehow turned into a full range, some bloody brilliant customers, countless batches of sauce and one hell of a first year.

And honestly, none of this would be possible without our wonderful Wyldfire community. ❤️
