🐷 YYPB Review – The Sandwich Shop

Today I tried the New York Deli on granary bread and all I can say is… WOW!

Freshly sliced roast beef, salami, loads of fresh salad, homemade coleslaw and all the extras. There was that much filling it even had what felt like half a red onion in there! The sandwich was absolutely packed, made fresh while I waited and tasted incredible.

The owner, Caroline, was genuinely lovely. Friendly, welcoming and clearly takes real pride in what she does. The shop itself was spotless too – honestly one of the cleanest, most hygienic sandwich shops I’ve been in for a long time.

The sandwich was so big I had to ask for it to be cut in half, and Caroline wrapped each half separately so I could save one for later. That’s proper service.

And the best bit? It was only £5! These days you can spend that on a drink, yet this was a massive, freshly made sandwich that was worth every penny.

If you’re anywhere near Goring or Worthing, do yourself a favour and support this brilliant local business. Proper food, proper service and proper value.

🌞 Due to the severe heat we're all experiencing, we will be reducing our hours today to 8 AM to 2 PM.

We invite you to pop into the shop and cool off with a refreshing iced latte or an iced tea! Our iced lattes flew out yesterday and were a hit, so don’t miss out!

Dear Valued Customers,

I want to sincerely apologize for closing The Sandwich shop early today. Unfortunately, I experienced a dramatic drop in my blood pressure due to the heat, and I had to prioritize my health by heading home to recuperate.

I appreciate your understanding and support during this time. I will be back open and ready to serve you again tomorrow. Thank you for your patience, and I look forward to seeing you soon!

What a night to remember at the Sandwich Shop! 🎉 Yesterday, we had our " Psychic Medium Roz McCormack event, and let me tell you, it was a great night!

Roz served up some fun and fascinating insights as we served the coffee and refreshments, Who knew spirits could be so entertaining? 😂🔮

A huge shoutout to all the awesome guests who made the evening so special! Can’t wait to do it again next month. ✨

What an amazing day! We sold out of our sandwich fillings by 2 PM! 💕 Thankfully, we still had coffee and cake for our afternoon customers. 🙏 It was wonderful to see all the tables filled for most of the morning! 🎉💖 Our bacon and sausage baguettes have truly been a hit! 😋 Thank you for your support!
