I am testing out something special in the kitchen today...

I've been working on a brand-new Bacon Jam recipe to go inside one of our Christmas specials! Sweet, smoky, sticky, and packed with flavor. The smell is amazing. 😋

Being a huge fan of anything Christmas, I can't wait to launch our Christmas range!

🌳 INTRODUCING THE WEEKEND SELECTION FROM 11 OAKS 🌳

Every Wednesday, we'll be sharing our 'Weekend Selection': our produce from our smallholding, with special offers and bundles to help make deciding what treats to enjoy at the weekend even easier!

And we're kicking things off with the ultimate weekend treat - your Sunday Dinner! Who can resist a pork leg with crispy crackling?

TO ORDER, CHOOSE FROM THE OPTIONS AND COMMENT 1, 2 or 3 BELOW:

1️⃣ THE SUNDAY ROAST — £20

One large, pasture-raised, slow-grown, boneless, rolled pork leg joint (approx. 1.5-2kg). Perfect for a proper Sunday roast, with plenty left for pork and apple sandwiches in the week. 😋

2️⃣ THE ROAST & SAUSAGE BUNDLE — £25

One large pork leg joint (as above) plus a pack of 6 traditional pork sausages for your weekend brunch. 😁

3️⃣ THE FREEZER FILLER — £40

One large pork leg joint (as above)
One pack of 2 pork chops (approx. 600g) - deal for a tasty midweek dinner.
500g pack lean pork mince - perfect for homemade meatballs, burgers or bolognese.
500g pack diced pork leg - great for casseroles, curries and slow-cooked dishes.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Delivery is available this Friday to LL11, LL12, LL13, LL14, SY11, SY12, SY13 and SY14.

Saturday collection can also be arranged.

All meat will be delivered frozen, ready to defrost for the weekend or pop straight into your freezer.

We'll message you to confirm your order and arrange payment. You can pay by cash on delivery or collection, or we'll send you a payment link if you'd prefer to pay by card.

A huge thanks to the winner of the Pen y Lan Show for donating their prize-winning pumpkin to our pigs - to say it was large is a bit of an understatement! 🎃

Safe to say the pigs gave it a 10/10 rating!!

It’s been a busy day in the kitchen today, lots of produce prepared and ready in the fridge!

We’ll have a brand new range of heat at home Country Kitchen meals available alongside our sausage rolls and dog deli! Hope to see you there !

Due to the weather forcast, for the safety of our traders and customers, we have moved our market inside the Chapter Court event space.
We would like to say a massive thank you to Fair Events Management and chapter court for allowing us to move inside and their assistance in the move. We couldn't have had our market this weekend without you.

Fresh from the Country Kitchen today: our brand new Sausages in Caramelised Red Onion Gravy.
Made using our own pasture-raised pork sausages, simmered low and slow in a rich onion gravy.
Simply heat at home and serve over creamy mash!
