LAMB & MUTTON available for order. I will have lamb and mutton for sale for delivery on Friday 11th September or collection on Saturday 12th September at Yatton Village Market. All meatraised in Yatton.

Its been a difficult summer, with the scorching hot temperatures and lack of rain, however I have planted literally 100s of trees over the last 20 years so there is plenty of shade, and amazingly this year, enough grass.

The deadline for orders is Tuesday 15th September. Prices are as follows: LAMB, Leg £17.50 per kilo; shoulder £15.50 per kilo; chops £15.50 per kilo; mince £13.00 per kilo. MUTTON, Leg £15.00 per kilo; shoulder £13.00 per kilo; chops £13.50 per kilo; mince or diced £12.00 per kilo.

Free delivery in Yatton, Clevedon, Nailsea area.
10% off for half a lamb or any order over £60. I use skilled local butcher Jamie Vowles. If you have any special instructions please let me know. (Photo of past lamb.)

At this time of year I haven't got a market stall to sell my veg, but its coming thick and fast. I have varying amounts of potatoes, garlic, onions, about to be flooded with tomatoes, also peppers, runner beans, cabbage, kale, aubergines, cucumbers and peppers.

I am offering a £5 veg box, + optional eggs at £1.60, which will contain five of the above, as a min. If you'd like to order a regular box of chemical free, locally grown, fresh veg for as long as it lasts please get in touch, with your address. Delivered this Friday 7th Aug, and future days to be arranged. Customers in Yatton only. Here are some photos I took today. I can't belive I have anything in this weather.

Locally reared PORK for sale. Available to order for delivery on Friday 12th December or collection from Yatton Village Market on Saturday 13th December. Free delivery in Yatton, Clevedon, Nailsea area.

Pork from traditional Saddleback cross pigs. Unlike most pigs, these have had a great life outdoors. Routling in the mud, digging holes, eating apples and left over vegetables. The pigs have access to shelter and plenty of space to exhibit natural behaviour.

PORK: Loin joint £10.49 / kilo; loin chops £9.99 / kilo; shoulder joint £9.49 / kilo; tenderloin £10.99 / kilo; Leg joint £ 9.49 / kilo; Pork belly slices or joint £9.79 / kilo; Ribs £9.49; and gluten-free traditional sausages £9.99 / kilo. (A packet of sausages is about half a kilo.)

Order as much or little as you want.

Pot grown Christmas trees for sale, free delivery in Yatton. Under 30 inches £10, over 30 inches £12 (not including depth of pot). These will last literally for years if looked after and grow if potted up. Ideal for small spaces such as a room in a residential home. Could possibly take it away on Twelfth Night and return next year by arrangement if you haven't got the room to keep it.

And great news! My hens have randomly started laying eggs again. £1.60 a box outside 3, Barberry Farm Road.
