A beautiful summer wedding for Jade & Jake at one of our favourite local venues, The C***r Barn at Dillington 🤍

We absolutely love catering here. It is such a beautiful, relaxed setting and we love seeing how every couple puts their own stamp on the space, from the styling and personal touches to the food, drinks and little details that make the day completely theirs.

Jade & Jake had an incredible team of suppliers on board, with Georgi from Scarlett Rose Events coordinating the day so perfectly, photography by the amazingly talented Jon Warr, and Oomparty Band bringing the energy and getting everyone on the dance floor! ✨

For their reception, Jade & Jake chose:

• Goat’s cheese & caramelised onion tartlets

🧀 Sharing Feast
Our team styled cheese, charcuterie and ploughman’s platters as a beautiful runner along the banquet tables, ready for guests to tuck into once seated.

Our bar team kept the drinks flowing throughout the celebrations, serving from the bar around the tree — one of our favourite setups at The C***r Barn!

Mr & Mrs Tombling 🤍
The Farmhouse on the River, Wimborne

This one was a real beauty! The Farmhouse on the River was such a gorgeous setting, and we absolutely loved creating this beautiful table. 🌿

The couple chose our Cheese, Charcuterie & Ploughman’s Grazing Table, filled with a generous selection of local British Cheeses, Dorset Charcuterie, handcrafted Scotch Eggs and carefully selected accompaniments, alongside our Bagel Selection, which made the perfect addition for guests to enjoy after the ceremony.

There’s something so special about creating wedding food that not only looks incredible, but gives guests something to gather around, graze on and go back to for seconds… and thirds! 🤍

We are so proud of the attention to detail that goes into every table we create, from the initial planning and choosing the perfect selection of produce, to styling everything beautifully on the day.

We source as much local produce as possible, include our own handmade elements, and always make sure our tables are generous, abundant and full of variety.

And we absolutely LOVE receiving feedback like this from our couples, especially when they tell us the food was such a huge part of their wedding day. ✨

Phill & Ellie | 27th June 2026 🤍

A beautiful marquee wedding, set against the rolling fields of Spargrove, Evercreech, near Shepton Mallet. 🌿✨

After their ceremony, Phill & Ellie welcomed their guests with drinks and a delicious selection of canapés, including some of our firm favourites:

✨ Caramelised Honey & Mustard Sausages
✨ Peaches wrapped in Prosciutto with Mozzarella & Basil
✨ Cucumber Bites with Dill Cream & Smoked Salmon
✨ Savoury Mini Scones with Somerset Cheddar & Chutney

For their wedding breakfast, we filled the tables with our Cheese, Charcuterie & Ploughman’s Platters, accompanied by freshly baked breads, crackers and chutney.

The couple also chose to add on a Moroccan-inspired salad selection, featuring Tabbouleh, Malfouf (Lebanese Salad) and Creamy Slaw, beautifully served in our Moroccan bowls. 🥗

The tables were vibrant, abundant and absolutely full to the brim, with plenty for even the heartiest of appetites! 🧀🥖✨

Congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs! It was such a pleasure to be part of your beautiful day. 🤍

We absolutely love these gorgeous photos that the couple kindly sent over from their special day! They chose a wonderful selection of our platters, including our Cheese & Charcuterie, Somerset Ploughman’s, Artisan Vegan Cheese, Mezze, Crudités and Brioche platters, ensuring there was something delicious for everyone while catering for their guests’ allergies and dietary requirements.

It’s always such a privilege to be part of such special celebrations, and seeing our food enjoyed alongside beautiful memories like these makes it all worthwhile.

Joe & Kelly’s beautiful wedding day at The Gathering Barn, Keysley Farm, Wiltshire. ☀️ The Gathering Barn

What a truly beautiful day at one of the most stunning venues. The Long Barn was dressed to perfection, with banquet tables laden with our Cheese, Charcuterie, Ploughman’s and Sweet sharing platters, all styled with soft ruscus to create a relaxed, natural feel.

We loved the thoughtful nod to the couple’s farming background, from the cow breed table names to the personalised cattle tag place settings. Every little detail came together to create a setting with real wow factor.

As guests took their seats, the barn was filled with the excitement of sharing great food, catching up with loved ones and making memories together. There’s something so special about a room full of conversation, laughter and full bellies! 🧀 🍷

The Gathering Barn is such an idyllic wedding venue, nestled amongst rolling fields with breathtaking countryside views. We absolutely loved being part of Joe & Kelly’s special day and hope to be back at The Gathering Barn again very soon.

Cheese, Charcuterie & Ploughman’s platters for Libby & Dante’s beautiful day at The Woods at Oakley. The Woods at Oakley

We absolutely loved all the vintage afternoon tea touches ~ beautiful floral napkins, delicate tea sets, and mini wildflower posies throughout the tablescape.

Such a beautiful setting to spend an afternoon amongst friends and family, sharing platters filled with local British cheeses, Dorset charcuterie, and Somerset scotch eggs.

Molly & Jesse | 23rd May 💍

What a beautiful day it was, with stunning views stretching across the Dorset countryside. This was our first visit to Champernhayes, and we were completely captivated by its charm, a beautiful house in the most idyllic setting.

For their wedding feast, Molly & Jesse chose our Cheese, Charcuterie & Ploughman’s Platters, followed by our Sweet Platters as a second course. Our R&G team was on hand throughout the day to style and set up the platters, serve desserts, and ensure everything was beautifully presented from start to finish.

Still smiling from our lovely review from Hope & Joel. We catered for their beautiful wedding at The Ridgeway Barns on the 22nd April 🤍🌿

One thing we absolutely love hearing from our couples is how generous and satisfying our sharing boards are — and this lovely review says it perfectly. So many couples worry whether sharing food will feel enough for a wedding breakfast, but we truly believe food designed for gathering should leave everyone full, happy, and talking about it long after the day ends ✨

From canapés to overflowing charcuterie boards and plenty of desserts (with the brownies and millionaire’s shortbread stealing the show!), it was such a joy to create a menu that brought everyone together around the table.

We’re also so pleased we could easily cater for all dietary requirements, making sure every guest felt included and well fed on such a special day.
