I am back!
On the menu this week at East Cottingwiths pop up cafe (8th October) we have a delightful roasted red pepper & tomato soup, our special is sweet potato lasagne, there will be sausage & stuffing rolls and sausage & apple rolls and pork pies.
On the sweet side I will be making a mango cheesecake (gf), cappuccino cake, pear cake, orange drizzle, chocolate buttons cheesecake and carrot cake.
We are open from 10.30 til 2pm
Everyone is welcome

I just want to say a massive thankyou and welldone to the volunteers last week who raised over £400 for Survive 👏🏻

Thursday 24th September, East Cottingwiths weekly pop up cafe is open from 10.30 til 2pm YO42 4TL

On this weeks menu we have 2 types of quiche, a cheese & tomato one and a classic quiche Lorraine, both served with a cous cous salad and a green salad.
This weeks special is the ever popular veggie lasagne, we will have sausage, apple & fennel seed rolls and sausage and sage.

On the cake side I will be making a lemon and pistachio cake, blackberry cake, carrot cake, raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake (gf), blueberry Victoria sponge and a crunchie cheesecake.

Wild geese pizza are bring a gorgeous rosemary & sea salt focaccia.
East cott honey is available to buy too

A 90th and a christening today, been up since the crack of dawn but nevertheless enjoyed putting these celebratory buffets together. Going to play padel now which may finish me off today!

Thursday 17th September come on down to East Cottingwiths weekly pop up cafe, open from 10.30 til 2 (YO42 4TZ)
On this weeks menu we have a caprese pesto quiche with coleslaw, sausage & haggis rolls, sausage & apple rolls, pork pies and this weeks special is a crispy spinach & potato toast with feta & sundried tomatoes & salad.
On the cake side we will have carrot cake, custard cream blondies, strawberry cheesecake (gf), orange gingerbread cake, lemon cheesecake and pistachio, cardamom & lemon drizzle cake.

Wild geese pizza are bringing rosemary & sea salt focaccias and fennel seed loaves.
