因為太大粒 驚顧客蒸唔熟
但問題係會流失部分味道
經過反覆測試 發覺生餡同熟餡嘅蒸煮時間其實差唔多
所以由今個貨期開始 所有燒賣都會以生餡發貨
希望原汁原味 提升燒賣嘅味道
如果擔心的話 可以由依家建議嘅10至12分鐘 加多一至兩分鐘就得

🚚 Our Delivery to Manchester is now closed!
Our delivery is tentatively scheduled for 22 July, and customers who have already placed orders will receive their confirmed delivery time shortly.
We'd also like to announce an important update regarding our Siu Mai 🥟
Previously, we pre-steamed our siu mai before delivery because of their generous size, as we were concerned that some customers might not steam them thoroughly at home. However, we found that this process could result in a slight loss of flavour.
After extensive testing, we discovered that the steaming time for fresh raw filling is very similar to that of pre-cooked filling. Therefore, from this delivery onwards, all siu mai will be supplied with fresh raw filling to preserve their full flavour and juiciness.
Don't worry if you're concerned about cooking times — simply increase the recommended steaming time from 10–12 minutes to 11–14 minutes, and they'll be ready to enjoy 😋
