Feeling the chill? We’ve got just the thing.

Meet the Salted Caramel & Honey Hot Chocolate!

A smooth, indulgent treat made with our Pure Honey Boozy Honey for that rich, honey boldness.

✹ Ingredients ✹

- 50ml Honey Thief Pure Honey
- 2 tsp dulcé de leché
- 150ml whole milk
- 50g milk chocolate, chopped

Method:
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the Honey Thief and the dulcé de leché until smooth then set aside.

Step 2
Warm the milk in a saucepan over a medium heat until simmering. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate and stir until melted. Pop the pan back on the heat until warm then add the boozy honey mixture and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Pour into a mug and serve.

Optional:
Finish with some whipped cream, caramel sauce and some grated chocolate.

It’s creamy, cozy, and just the right amount of boozy, it is the perfect autumn treat!

A callback to our launch party all those months ago!
We released a range of stunning cocktails using our Boozy Honey with the help of (Jamie Stephenson)

The “Gooseberry Cool” went down a treat, but in true Halloween spirit we’ve turned it into the “GOULS-BERRY COOL” by simply adding a touch of grenadine poured over the back of a spoon to give it a gruesome looking top!
