Inavarde Wines by Fabio Bolognese is the only Georgian-Swiss winery in the world. Both our vineyard and our wine cellar are located in the Alazani Valley in Georgia's eastern region of Kakheti. We aim to produce outstanding natural wines made from the organic grapes cultivated in our own vineyard. We're very happy to host you for lunches and wine tastings in our winery in Eniseli.

Before we start our own harvest, we had the pleasure to visit Vila Shehi Winery near Tiranë in Albania 🇦🇱. They have 1 ha of own vineyards and buy additional grapes from nearby vinegrowers to produce white, orange, rosé and red wines as well as sparkling wine and Raki, the Albanian brandy.

All the wines are made in stainless steel barrels, and some of the red ones are aged in oak barrels.

We started the spirits production. We are going to make both Chacha and Brandy.

This will be our Saperavi 2023. We hope to make is as good as the one from 2021, or even better! Fermentation started well: After 4 days, 53.8% of the sugar is converted into alcohol, starting from 22.3 °Brix (which is 93.3 °Oechsle for our Swiss friends).

Our first Jghria wine. Only a few bottles. More handmade is not possible ☺️

Thomas from 🇨🇭, one of our Co-Founders, paid us a visit and made his first steps as a winemaker in our small Marani (wine cellar) in nearby Eniseli. In this 1.5 ton Kvevri we are making Saperavi with full skin contact according to the Kakhetian tradition.
