WAFFLES/FLUFFY PANCAKES RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup - Soft flour
1/8 tsp - Baking soda
4 tbsp - Sugar
1/8 tsp - Salt
2tbsp - Butter (melted)
1 tbsp - Oil
1 - Egg
1/2 cup - Milk
1 tsp - Vanilla essence

PREPARATIONS:
Sieve flour, all other dry ingredients, mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, add al wet ingredients mix and pour onto the dry mixture. Mix well until smooth.

FOR WAFFLES - Grease your waffle maker, pour the mixture into and wait until ready.

FOR PANCAKES - Grease a pan with oil, scoop a little bit of the batter onto the hot greased pan and cover it till you see bubbles forming on top, flip over to cook the other side.

Easy Moist Fruit Cake

Ingredients :

1 cup mixed dried fruits (raisins, sultanas, chopped dates, cherries, etc.)

1/2 cup orange juice (or water)

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions :

Soak the dried fruits in orange juice for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor). You can warm it slightly to speed up soaking.

Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). Grease and line a loaf pan or round cake tin.

In a bowl, whisk together sugar, oil (or butter), eggs, and vanilla extract.

Add the soaked fruits along with the juice. Mix well.

In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Don’t overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let it cool before slicing.
It gets even better the next day!

"Stir-fried beef with pineapple”

Ingredients
- Beef, pineapple, flour
- Seasoning: fish sauce, oyster sauce, ground pepper

METHOD
1. Cut the beef into squares, then marinate the meat with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and a little pepper, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes
2. Peel the pineapple, cut into small pieces and add a little salt, soak for 5 minutes to remove excess water
3. Add oil to the pan, heat it up and add the beef and stir-fry until the meat turns rare, then add the pineapple and stir-fry together
4. Stir well to mix the beef and pineapple together, then sprinkle a little ground pepper on top and it's done.

Dinner Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting

2 teaspoons yeast

3 tablespoons sugar

1¼ cups warm milk

¼ cup oil

2 eggs

½ teaspoon salt

For Brushing:

1 egg white + 2 tablespoons water (egg wash, before baking)

2 tablespoons melted butter (after baking)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix yeast and sugar. Add warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes until it bubbles.

2. Stir in oil, salt, and eggs.

3. Gradually add flour, 1 cup at a time, and knead for 5–7 minutes until dough is smooth.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5. Divide dough into 16–24 pieces. Roll into balls and place in a greased baking pan.

6. Let rest for 30 minutes to rise again.

7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush dough with egg wash.

8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

9. Brush with melted butter. Serve warm with soup, coffee, or tea.

Pizza Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

¾ cup warm water

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons oil

½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and oil.

3. Mix until dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth.

4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled.

5. Punch down dough. For thin crust, divide into 2 portions. For thick crust, use all dough.

6. Roll out dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.

7. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let rest for 15 minutes.

8. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).

9. Add toppings and bake on the bottom rack for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Donuts Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack rapid-rise yeast

¼ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup warm milk or water

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup softened butter

4½ cups flour

Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk or water, sugar, and yeast. Let rest for 5 minutes until foamy.

2. Add eggs, butter, salt, and flour. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead until smooth.

3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

4. Divide dough into 2 parts. Roll out on floured surface to ¼ inch thick.

5. Cut into donuts using a donut cutter.

6. Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).

7. Fry donuts until golden brown. Drain on paper towels or wire rack.

8. Roll in sugar, glaze, or cinnamon. Serve warm.

Best Flour Tortillas Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup butter or oil
- 1⅓ to 2 cups boiling hot water

Instructions:
1. Mix Ingredients:
- In bowl, mix flour, salt, and butter or oil.

2. Add Water:
- Gradually add boiling water.
- Mix until the dough comes together, then knead until the dough is smooth.
- (A stand mixer is recommended for this step due to the heat, but if mixing by hand, use a wooden spoon until the dough is warm enough to knead with your hands.)
- Add more flour or water if needed.

3. Divide Dough:
- Lightly flour work surface.
- Divide into equal portions and roll into smooth balls.

4. Rest Dough:
- Place the dough balls in a bowl, cover with a warm, damp paper towel, and let rest for 10-15 minutes.

5. Roll Out:
- Heat a pan to medium heat.
- Lightly flour the work surface and roll out each dough ball with a rolling pin until thin.

6. Cook Tortillas:
- Cook the tortillas on the hot pan or griddle until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook until lightly browned.
- Remove from heat and serve.

Storage:
- Store tortillas in an airtight container.
- They will last 2-3 days at room temperature, 5-7 days in the refrigerator, and 6-8 months in the freezer.
