We’re currently working on a new project — an upcoming digital platform (mobile app + web) designed to enhance your experience with us. Through this platform, you will be able to:

You’ll always have access to the latest updates about the farm, our services, and ongoing projects, keeping you informed and connected to the heart of the operation.
2. Personal Login Credentials
Each client will be given a unique login ID and password to access only their livestock information. Your dashboard will be private, secure, and accessible anytime via mobile or web.
3. Access Your Livestock Data Anytime
You’ll be able to securely view detailed records of your livestock at Xclusive Farms—this includes identification numbers, health history, and a photo timeline from arrival to date. All data is updated regularly, ensuring you’re always informed about your animals’ progress and wellbeing.
4. Secure Online Payments
Conveniently make payments for all livestock services—such as feeding, upkeep, and medical care—directly through the app using your preferred payment method.
5.Care & Maintenance Reminders
Never miss a critical date again. You’ll receive automatic reminders when your animals are due for routine care, feeding renewals, or medical attention—giving you peace of mind and better planning.
6. Book Appointments with Ease
You’ll be able to book and schedule appointments for walk-ins, animal pick-ups, or to consult with our team. This includes hassle-free planning for any visits to the farm.
7. Access Veterinary & Support Services
Through the platform, you can access a range of external services provided by Xclusive Farms, including veterinary consultations, health support, and assistance with feed purchases.
In addition, we will have an online customer service team available to respond to your inquiries. Our support team can be reached via the app during dedicated hours:
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
