DOUGHNUT
INGREDIENTS
1. 500g of flour
2. 50g of butter (3 teaspoons)
3. 75g of sugar
4. 1 egg
5. 1 1/2 tablespoon of yeast
6. 1 1/2 tablespoon of powdered milk
7.1-2 cups of warm water

PREPARATION
1. Sift flour , mix all dry ingredients together except milk
2. In a bowl, measure 1 cup of warm water, add milk and egg into it and whisk
3. pour all dry ingredients into the mixer and use the dough beat and pour the mixture
of water, milk and egg little at a time at a low speed and later at high speed until
fine texture, put on a turbo speed until smooth and fluffy dough is acquired (or you
can use your hands as well, just mix and knead). Soft and elastic texture is needed.
4. Leave for 15 to 30 minutes
5. After, puncture bit and roll out on work table

RING DOUGHNUT:
Cut a ring at the centre after cutting out the desired sizes with a cutter

NON-RING DOUGHNUT (JAM DOUGHNUT):
Roll out thinner than the ring doughnut, put jam at the middle and cover with
another rolled and cut dough and pinch at the edge round, then fry.

PASTRY INGREDIENTS
1. 500g of plain flour
2. 240g of sugar
3. Nutmeg(little to mix)
4. 2 eggs
5. 2 desert spoon of butter
6. Milk (optional)
7. 150ml of water

PREPARATION:
1. sift your flour
2.Rub in butter till it forms sandy texture
3. Add sugar and mix
4. Add nutmeg and mix
5. Add whisked egg and mix
6. Add milk if needed
7. Add water
8. Mix well and knead
Cut into desired shapes and fry in vegetable oil.
Don't allow to stay too long in oil, because if it gets brown in the oil it will get over
brown or dark when it cools off.

How to prepare sweet bad
Ingredients:
3 tbspoon plain flour
3 t spoon self -rising flour
1/3 evaporated milk with water in 1:1 ratio
1 tsp nutmeg
1 Egg
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Margarine
Pinch of salt
2 tbspoon sugar

Method:
1.Pour your flour mixture into your mixing bowl .
2.Add the nutmeg .
3.Add a pinch of salt .
4.Add a tablespoon scoop of margarine.
5.Add the sugar
6.Use your finger to mix them together into a sandy texture .
7.Crack your egg into a separate bowl and add vanilla essence and the milk .mix well.
8.Pour the egg mixture into the bowl of flour and mix together into a dough,slightly firm ,but sticky in nature.
9.Heat the oil for deep frying allowing the oil to be moderately hot .
10.With your fingers take small -medium size of the dough ,without any particular shape.
11.Deep fry ,turning then occasionally till golden brown .
12.Remove from the hub and allow any excess oil to drain off
13.Serve as starters or snack or with tea
NB :if the dough is too sticky add a bit of thr self -rising flour and it too firm a bit of the milk

RAISIN BANANA BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
250g of all-purpose flour
200g ripr bananas
125 ml vegetable oil
2 large eggs
200g white or brown granulated suger
1/2 teaspoons baking power
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon banana essence
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon coconuts essence
1/2 teaspoon milk flavor powder
1/2 teaspoons nutmegs powder
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
125ml buttermilk (liquid milk mixed)
1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
100g raisins

Preparation :
1. Into a bowl ,add in all the dry ingredients (flour,salt,milk powder ,nutmeg powder ,cinnamon powder ,baking powder and baking soda )mix it together and set it aside .

2.Now into another mixing bowl ,add in the already peeled ripe banana and mash it to become a puree using your fork .

3.Now add in your suger and eggs into the mashed banana and give it a good mix using either a whisk or hand mixer or stand mixer or wooden spoon till well combined .

4.Now add in your vegetable oil and flavors (banana ,vanilla and coconut essence )and mix till well combined

5.Now add in your dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately while mixing the batter (mixture)till youve exhausted both .make sure everything is well combined .

6.Now add in the raisins already dipped in all purpose flour (to prevent the raisins from sinking to the bottom of the banana bread )into the batter and mix well to combined .

7.Transfer the raisins banana bread mixture to your prepared buttered and floured bread pan or aluminum tin foil and sprinkle some raisins on the surface .

8.Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick or skewer or a knife inserted in the raisins banana comes out clean .it id ready to Enjoy
