DOUGHNUT
INGREDIENTS
1. 500g of flour
2. 50g of butter (3 teaspoons)
3. 75g of sugar
4. 1 egg
5. 1 1/2 tablespoon of yeast
6. 1 1/2 tablespoon of powdered milk
7.1-2 cups of warm water
PREPARATION
1. Sift flour , mix all dry ingredients together except milk
2. In a bowl, measure 1 cup of warm water, add milk and egg into it and whisk
3. pour all dry ingredients into the mixer and use the dough beat and pour the mixture
of water, milk and egg little at a time at a low speed and later at high speed until
fine texture, put on a turbo speed until smooth and fluffy dough is acquired (or you
can use your hands as well, just mix and knead). Soft and elastic texture is needed.
4. Leave for 15 to 30 minutes
5. After, puncture bit and roll out on work table
RING DOUGHNUT:
Cut a ring at the centre after cutting out the desired sizes with a cutter
NON-RING DOUGHNUT (JAM DOUGHNUT):
Roll out thinner than the ring doughnut, put jam at the middle and cover with
another rolled and cut dough and pinch at the edge round, then fry.
