We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This role requires a strong track record in both local and continental cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for culinary innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a wide range of local & international dishes (rice dishes, pizza, burgers, pastries, soups & more).
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff supervision & inventory control.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Develop innovative menus and new recipes to delight customers.

Requirements
3–4 years’ proven experience as a Senior Chef or in a similar leadership role.
Strong expertise in both local and continental cuisines.
Solid background in kitchen management.
Fluent in English and at least one local dialect.
Highly hygienic, results-driven, and creative.
