We proudly represented at the just ended Agrifair held at Efua Sutherland Park, and what an amazing experience it was! 🌱🥜
From showcasing our 100% all-natural peanut butter to sharing our crispy toasted and perfectly seasoned peanut snacks, we were excited to let people taste real goodness, pure, healthy, and proudly Ghanaian.
The love, feedback, and support we received from visitors, farmers, food lovers, entrepreneurs, and industry players were truly inspiring. Many got to experience firsthand that our products contain no preservatives, no additives, and no artificial sweeteners, just pure peanuts and rich natural flavor!

Yayra Glover Foods and Beverages Ltd is dedicated to creating alternative livelihoods for cocoa farmers by sourcing various raw materials aside from cocoa to produce nutritious, quality, and safe food products. Our vision is to become one of the best producers of such products in Africa, and our core values include leadership, honesty, transparency, teamwork, and result orientation.

Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Yayra Glover Foods and Beverages Ltd, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and selling our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with other key departments to achieve our vision.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design and Implement sales and marketing strategies to promote Yayra Glover Foods and Beverages' products.
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs and identify key competitors.
· Develop strategies to improve sales through internally developed and trained methods.
· Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns.
· Create content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print materials.
· Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
· Collaborate with the sales advocate team to develop sales strategies and support their efforts.
· Build and maintain relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders.
· Participate in the development of new product launches and branding initiatives.
· Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's core values and vision.
· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
· Well-connected and networked individual.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software will be an advantage.
