I don’t know this beautiful wise girl. I don’t know her father. But this video brought me to tears.

Watching her appreciate her father on the farm, with so much gratitude and love, reminded me how precious our parents are. I miss mine deeply.

If you’re blessed to still have your mum or dad, cherish them. Appreciate them while you can. They may not have been perfect. They may have made mistakes. But many of them did the best they knew how with what they had. If you can, choose forgiveness—not because what happened didn’t matter, but because your heart deserves peace.
