■ *التقرير السنوي لمشروع فدك الزراعي – 2024*

بدأ *مشروع فدك الزراعي* التابع لـ *مؤسسة كلمة الله للأعمال الخيرية والتنمية* ، *تحت قيادة الشيخ عبد المعطي صالح* (مدير المؤسسة)، أولى خطواته بزراعة مزرعة أرز على مساحة فدانين في قرية مويا – تمالي.

ورغم التحديات التي واجهها الفريق خلال الموسم، مثل صعوبة تأمين الأرض، وضعف الأمطار، وقلة الموارد الفنية والمالية، فقد نجح المشروع في تحقيق 68% من الهدف المتوقع، وهو إنجاز مشجّع ومُلهم لعامه الأول.

لقد أثبت المشروع نجاحه بفضل الإصرار، والعمل الجماعي، والإيمان برؤية التنمية المستدامة، حيث يخطط الفريق لاستخدام عائدات الموسم لتوسيع المزرعة إلى 5 أفدنة في عام 2025 بإذن الله، مع خطة لإطلاق مشروع تربية المواشي وتنظيم برامج تدريبية زراعية لفائدة الشباب والمزارعين المحليين.

إن مشروع فدك الزراعي ليس مجرد مزرعة، بل هو رؤية متكاملة نحو تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي، وتمكين المجتمع، وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي في شمال غانا.

■ التقرير السنوي لمشروع فدك الزراعي – 2024

■ FADAK FARMING PROJECT – 2024 ANNUAL REPORT

The *Fadak Farming Project* , Powered by *Kalimatullah Foundation for Charity and Development* , took its first step by cultivating a rice farm on a two-acre land in *Moya Village – Tamale.*

Despite the challenges faced during the season — such as difficulties in securing land, insufficient rainfall, and limited technical and financial resources — the project successfully achieved 68% of its expected target, a remarkable and inspiring milestone for its first year.

The project’s success was driven by determination, teamwork, and a shared vision of sustainable development. The team plans to use the proceeds from this season to expand the farm to 5 acres in 2025, God willing, alongside launching a livestock production project and organizing agricultural training programs for youth and local farmers.

The Fadak Farming Project is more than just a farm — it is a comprehensive vision aimed at achieving self-sufficiency, empowering the community, and strengthening food security in Northern Ghana.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE – 2024

After harvesting, the rice was carefully dried, cleaned, and packaged before being stored in secure, ventilated facilities. Proper post-harvest handling helps maintain grain quality, reduce losses, and prepare the produce for safe marketing and distribution.

بعد الحصاد، تم تجفيف الأرز وتنظيفه وتعبئته بعناية، ثم تخزينه في مستودعات جيدة التهوية وآمنة. الإدارة الجيدة بعد الحصاد تضمن جودة الحبوب وتقلل من الفاقد.
