After 6 months here in The Gambia, i *finally* visited a few potters with my family! It was amazing to connect with Abdoulie and talk clay + meet potters upcountry and learn about their firing processes and how they dig wild clay. I have also connected with many folks in the hospitality world here so there might be some cool collaborations in the future....

OMG, there's a secondary market for my pottery! This is a listing for a 15 yr old plate on someone else's etsy page listed as 'vintage' (pick it up at etsy.com/listing/1380064922).

I am still often in disbelief that there's a *primary* market for my work 😂😂😂
