Classic Greek Salad with Feta, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Red Onion, and Mixed Olives
Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup green olives
7 oz feta cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Step-by-step:
Wash and prep the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
Add the sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion to a large bowl or serving platter.
Scatter the Kalamata olives and green olives over the vegetables.
Place the feta cubes on top.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad.
Toss gently if desired, or serve as is for a classic presentation.

Lemon Cake 🍋

Ingredients:
1 lemon
170 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
60 ml vegetable oil
50 ml milk
3 eggs
250 g flour
10 g baking powder

Boil the lemon for 5 minutes.
Cut, remove seeds.
Add to a bowl: lemon, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, oil.
Blend until smooth.
Add flour and baking powder, mix.
Pour into a mold.
Bake at 160°C for 1 hour.
Cool completely.
Top with glaze (2 tbsp powdered sugar + 1 tbsp lemon juice).

Garlic Butter Shrimp Rice Stack with Avocado & Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
For the Rice:

2 cups cooked white rice (warm)

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Salt to taste

For the Shrimp:

500g large shrimp (peeled & deveined)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves (minced)

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped parsley

For the Avocado Tomato Mix:

1 ripe avocado (diced)

1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional Sauce (for drizzling):

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp honey

1 tsp soy sauce

½ tsp chili flakes

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Rice

Mix warm rice with butter, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

Press rice firmly into a round bowl or mold to shape.

2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Add butter and garlic, sauté 30 seconds.

Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Remove from heat.

3️⃣ Make Avocado Mix

Gently toss avocado and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

4️⃣ Assemble

Place molded rice on a plate.

Top with avocado-tomato mixture.

Arrange garlic butter shrimp on top.

Drizzle with optional sauce for extra flavor.

Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve

Creamy Crab & Shrimp Seafood Bisque
📝 Ingredients:
2 tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter
1 medium onion (150 g), finely chopped
2 celery stalks (100 g), finely chopped
2 cloves garlic (6 g), minced
1 lb (450 g) crab meat
1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled & deveined
4 cups (960 ml) seafood stock
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Sauté the Base – In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened (about 5 minutes).
2️⃣ Cook the Seafood – Stir in crab meat and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque (2–3 minutes).
3️⃣ Build the Broth – Pour in seafood stock. Bring to a simmer and let flavors meld for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Creamy Finish – Lower heat, stir in heavy cream, and season with salt & pepper. Simmer gently for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients:
500 gr cream cheese
300 ml of condensed milk
200 ml media crema
4 tz de mango
2 tz crema para batir
1 envelope of grenetine
For the base:
30 cookies Maria
100 gr butter
*25cm detachable mold.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or all night.
You take all the ingredients to the blender except the whipping cream, you beat it in a separate bowl and when it's ready pour the blender mixture.

🍯🥧 Honeyed Pistachio Baklava Cheesecake

A luxury fusion dessert that combines the flaky, nutty richness of baklava with the creamy smoothness of cheesecake. Sweet honey syrup, crunchy pistachios, and silky filling — truly next level.



🛒 Ingredients

For the Baklava Base
• 6–8 sheets phyllo dough
• ½ cup butter, melted
• 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon



For the Cheesecake Filling
• 500 g cream cheese, softened
• ¾ cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp honey



For the Honey Syrup
• ½ cup honey
• ¼ cup water
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Optional: orange zest or cinnamon stick



👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Baklava Base
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Brush a springform pan with butter.
3. Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter.
4. Sprinkle a layer of pistachios + sugar + cinnamon in between some layers.
5. Press gently to form a base.
6. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.



2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling
1. Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth.
2. Add eggs one at a time.
3. Mix in yogurt, vanilla, and honey.
4. Pour over the baked baklava base.



3️⃣ Bake the Cheesecake
• Lower oven to 160°C (320°F).
• Bake for 45–55 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
• Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (best overnight).



4️⃣ Prepare Honey Syrup
1. Heat honey, water, and lemon juice in a small saucepan.
2. Simmer for 3–5 minutes.
3. Let it cool slightly.



5️⃣ Finish & Serve
• Pour syrup over the chilled cheesecake.
• Top with extra crushed pistachios.
