Palm Sunday today and fish is the dish of the day as we look forward to Holy Week!!! Bakaliaro, skordalia and salad in the garden!

Starting Orthodox Lent (Sarakosti) the right way. lunch yesterday (Clean Monday) - beetroot and corn salad and greens, octopus, taramosalata, prawns, kalamarakia, dolmadakia gigantes, fava, olives and Greece's iconic Lagana, the star of the day, to go with our delicious Macedonian halva!
Add a drop of Tsikoudia or Tsipouro and away we go to fly our kite - another tradition we love on this special day!
