Με χαρά σας ανακοινώνουμε την υψηλή βαθμολογία που συγκέντρωσε το δικό μας Έξτρα Παρθένο Ελαιόλαδο εν ονόματι ’DIAS’ !!! 🕊️

Παγκρήτιος διαγωνισμός ελαιολάδου 2022.
Είμαστε ιδιαίτερα χαρούμενοι που βρισκόμαστε σήμερα εδώ. Απερίγραπτα τα συναισθήματα όταν βλέπεις τους κόπους σου να ανταμείβονται! Αυτή η διάκριση είναι άλλη μια απόδειξη και κίνητρο για να πάμε ακόμα ένα βήμα παραπάνω!

Another seminar on quality and organoleptic evaluation of olive oil was successfully completed! ✅📚

The organoleptic examination includes evaluation of the fruity (aroma of olive fruit), bitter, spicy (feeling like burning on the palate while swallowing) and finding possible defects (tango, atrochado, wood, etc.). The legislation states that in order to characterize our olive oil as extra virgin olive oil, there must be a fruity presence (it must have a fruity grade greater than 0) and have no defects.

We would like to thank the Agronutritional Cooperation of the Region of Crete for their valuable help and support. With their excellent organization they promote the extra virgin olive oils of Crete.
