Announcing our next USBG LEAD online seminar: Beyond the Pint - Hard Cider’s Place in Modern Mixology 🍎✨

Hard cider is a versatile but often misunderstood category. This seminar demystifies it for the modern beverage professional. Certified Pommelier™ Claire Trindle will cover the essential definition and history of cider, explore the wide spectrum of cider categories and styles, and demonstrate practical, creative ways to utilize hard cider in cocktail applications. Join the session to learn how to effectively incorporate cider’s unique profiles into a modern mixology program.

Claire Trindle is a Philadelphia-based cider educator, Certified Pommelier™, and advocate for the hard cider industry, specializing in cider education, fermentation, and food pairings.

🌿 Make a Difference on Maui—Volunteer with Us! 🌿
Join us for the Campari Cares Day of Service as we partner with Kīpuka Olowalu to help restore one of Maui’s treasured cultural and natural landscapes. Together, we’ll get our hands in the soil, care for native plants, restore loʻi, remove invasive species, and honor the cultural practices that help preserve this special place for future generations.
