1 month at , in a small village surrounded by the farm, produce and people who really care about what they do. Grateful to have been part of the team, even for a short while, and to Chef Alex for the opportunity, and everyone I met along the way. I’ll miss it🥹

最近去咗 實習一個月，喺一個細細嘅村莊入面生活，周圍都係比大自然同農作物包圍住。呢一個月入面完全感受到呢到每一道菜背後嘅心思，同埋對食材本身嘅尊重。雖然只係短短一個月，但好慶幸係到識到好多好好嘅朋友同學到好多嘢，係我目前最好嘅工作體驗🥹

第一次被邀請去幫人煮飯慶祝生日，見到大家食得開心真係好滿足😚
