INGREDIENTS
1 oz. MIng River Sichuan Baijiu
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Apricot Liquor
1 oz. Fresh lime
1 oz. Basil syrup

1. Blend all ingredients with 2 cups of ice
2. Garnish with White chocolate flakes

Summer cooler for the weekend!

LANI AHERRO
1oz Ming River
1oz Bluecoat Gin
1/2oz Yuzu sake
1/2oz Orgeat
1/2oz Soda
2 Basil leaves
2 Strawberries

1. Muddle basil and strawberries.
2. Add remaining ingredients and dry shake for 20 seconds.
3. Shake with ice for 20 seconds.
4. Fine strain in highball glass over crushed ice.
5. Garnish with chili chocolate and pandan leaf.

INGREDIENTS
30 ml Ming River Sichuan Baijiu
30 ml Apple juice
25 ml Bourbon
20 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Simple syrup

Simply shake all ingredients and strain in tumbler, garnish with apply slices and… ta-da!

Cereal Killer
Blending:
1.5oz Fruity Pebbles Infused Ming River Baijiu
0.5oz Giffard Cacao
1 scoop vanilla icecream
Topping:
0.5oz Blackberry Syrup
0.25oz Lemon Orange Cordial
Garnish:
Whipping cream and Fruity Pebbles

Put the blending ingredients into blender, pour them into glass, top with blackberry syrup and lemon orange cordial, garnish with whipping cream and sprinkle with Fruity Pebbles.

No Discrimination
1oz Grava Puree
1.5oz Lemon Verbena Infused Ming River Baijiu
0.75oz Overproof Aged Rum
1oz Orgeat
1oz Lime Juice
2 Dashes Sichuan Bitters

Shake well until cold, fine strain over cracked ice.
Garnish with lemon verbana and candied bamboo shoot.
Aside is Bambootini, mixture of Ming River Baijiu with bamboo shoots infused dry vermouth.

Spicy April Fool's
INGREDIENTS
30 ml Ming River Sichuan Baijiu
30 ml Apple juice
25 ml Bourbon
20 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Simple syrup
Few slices of red Jalapeno, the more the merrier ;)

Jalapeno chopped and muddle in shaker, add in other ingredients with ice and shake, fine strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with sliced dry chilli.
