🏔️Nestled high in the mystical mountains of Yunnan in China, **Shangri-La Sacred Land Winery** aspires to craft wines as breathtaking as its surroundings. At elevations of 1,700–3,000 meters, this pioneering estate harnesses pure Himalayan air, irrigated by glacier water, diverse soils, and dramatic temperature swings to produce elegant, expressive Bordeaux varietals. Working hand in hand with local Tibetan communities, the winery blends tradition with innovation, creating wines that truly capture the spirit of Shangri-La.
🍷Grateful to meet the winemaker and team for a guided tasting of their first five vintages (2016–2020), all double-decanted three hours ahead. I preferred the mature 2016 and 2017 pure Cabernet Sauvignon—softer tannins, violets, toast, oak, and dark cherry aromas. The 2019 and 2020 blends (90% Cab Sauv, Cab Franc) show great progress: intense, ripe cherry, raisin, and chocolate notes, with oak aged at different toasting levels for added roundness and restrained oak influence.

🏔️隱身喺神秘嘅中國雲南高山上,**香格里拉聖域酒莊**想釀出媲美四周景色令人嘆為觀止嘅美酒。酒莊坐落喺1700到3000米海拔,吸收住純淨嘅喜馬拉雅山空氣、雪山泉水灌溉、土壤多樣性同極大溫差,釀出好有層次、有個性嘅波爾多品種葡萄酒。佢哋仲同當地藏族社區一齊合作,將傳統同創新完美融和,啲酒名副其實係天、地、人嘅結合。
🍷好榮幸可以同釀酒師同團隊一齊試飲佢哋頭五個年份(2016至2020年)嘅作品,全部都提前三個鐘雙重醒酒!我自己最鐘意成熟啲嘅2016同2017年純赤霞珠,單寧柔和,帶有紫羅蘭、烤麵包、橡木同黑櫻桃嘅香氣。至於2019同2020年(超過九成赤霞珠,少量品麗弗)混釀,酒質進步好明顯——果味勁濃郁,有熟櫻桃、提子乾同朱古力味,仲用咗唔同烘烤程度嘅橡木桶陳釀,令酒身更圓滑,橡木味又唔會太霸道。
🤍佢哋嘅霞多麗白酒都好正,限量生產得五千支咋,唔好錯過呀!
