Question:

Sir, naterminate po ako ng employer ko at nasubmit na ang notification of termination sa immigration pero yung employer ko nagchange ang mind at gustong ipagpatuloy ang employment at tinanggap ko naman. Ano po pwede namin gawin?

Answer:

Maaari nyo pa rin iwithdraw ang termination. Pumunta lamang kayo ng employer mo sa hk immigration domestic helper section sa Tseung Kwan O at sabihin na icacancel nyo ang termination. Pwede ka na ulit magsimula magtrabaho pag natanggap nyo na ang letter from the immigration, usually within few days.

Para sa mga nagtatanong na first timers, ito po ang mga possible na expenses nyo sa pinas kung na hire kayo ng employers namin:

1. Medical-5000 pesos
2.pdos- 100 pesos
3. NC2 training- ang helpers po maghahanap nito, may mga institution na nag ooffer nito ranging from 1500-5000 pesos
4. Serum pregnancy test- 250 pesos
5.HK agency commission 10% of your first month salary to be paid once only pag na receive nyo ang salary

Kung kayo naman ang makahanap ng employer at kami ang mag process, NC2 nalang ang gagastusin nyo at wala ng commission na icocollect from you.
