We have direct allocation from the outstanding producer Domaine Jérome Chezeaux.

Domaine Jérome Chezeaux owns approximately 12 hectares of vineyards scattered throughout the villages of Prémeaux, Nuits Saint Georges, Vougeot and Vosne Romanée and include a series of the most elite lieu-dits in the zone.
Chezeaux’s cellar practices serve to enhance the purity: de-stemming fully; fermenting naturally, with malolactic occurring in barrel; racking only once during the élevage; and employing modest levels of new oak. As with all great Burgundy, the explanation for their singular character resides in that magical, irreducible interzone of human, land, and process. All in all, Chezeaux’s are wines completely devoid of pretense yet riveting in their precise articulation of site and vintage.

We are excited to launch our 2024 Burgundy en primeur campaign.
Against all odds, 2024 Burgundies are a triumph. Volumes are significantly down on recent vintages, so demand is likely to outstrip supply by some way, especially as pricing has been kept level by most producers, with some even reducing prices a little on last year. An attractive combination of quality and price.

We are proud to represent the superb red Burgundian producer Domaine Tortochot exclusively in HK.

Domaine Tortochot is a family-run winery producing traditional, age-worthy wines from their organic vineyards with rare and unique terroir. The focus on Pinot Noir reflects the deep understanding they have for this noble grape variety.
Domaine Tortochot focuses on meticulous winemaking practices and terroir expression, crafting wines that showcase the soul of Gevrey-Chambertin. The resulting wines are known for their elegance and finesse, with a vibrant bouquet of red and black fruit, complemented by nuanced notes of earth, spice, and a hint of minerality. Since 2013 the vineyards have been certified organic.
