近來除了日本菜式之外，也有很多人向我們查詢中餐😀，而中菜當中又細分很多種類。
✨我們最近就有制作川菜，其中包括四川經典名菜水煮牛片，以麻、辣、鮮、香著稱，牛肉片嫩滑😍，湯汁紅亮，搭配豆芽或白菜等蔬菜，入口麻辣濃烈，非常過癮。😘
而我地今次使用了A5和牛👍，將牛肉片切得均勻薄片，令到牛肉片嫩滑容易入口同時牛肉重。🔥麻辣味道厚重，香味濃烈，暖胃又開胃。😄

✨We have recently prepared Sichuan dishes, including the classic Sichuan specialty Shuizhu Niupian (Boiled Beef Slices). Known for its numbing, spicy, fresh, and fragrant qualities, the beef slices are tender😍, the broth is bright red, and paired with bean sprouts or cabbage, it delivers an intensely spicy and numbing flavor that is truly satisfying.😘
This time, we used A5 Wagyu beef👍, slicing it evenly into thin pieces to ensure the beef is tender, easy to eat, and rich in flavor. 🔥The numbing and spicy taste is bold, the aroma is strong, and the dish is both warming and appetizing.😄
