Our only aim is to bring authentic and top quality Italian rice directly from the farm to your table. We strive to promote the culture of risotto to the world and continuously improve ourselves by creating new and healthy products to suit modern consumers’ demands - all prepared with traditional recipes.

Each batch of rice is traceable from seed to packaging. The product is worked a little at a time, by hand, with a slight hulling, which ensures the most nutrition and intense flavor are kept in the grain.
