不經不覺同嘅 pop up collab 嚟緊已經係第 5 個月！一開始嘅 pop up project 已經悄悄地紮咗根喺度⋯⋯ 有賴 Bound 嘅全 team 人配合同幫助，令到 Pretty Sweet 嘅甜品可以以新形式去俾更多人試到👼 過去幾個月我哋一齊研發過唔少甜品，有啲推出咗，有啲充滿潛力但未 ready。多謝客人們唔吝嗇咁去俾意見或讚美，it means so much。嚟緊我哋會繼續喺呢個地方製作更多新款高質嘅甜品，希望你哋會（再）嚟試下。散水餅方面，我哋依然會接件數不太多嘅訂單，如有需要可 whatsapp 我哋查詢🧚

另外，我哋會 2 月 1 號起會稍作休息，2 月中會帶埋全新甜品回歸🏂

味噌焦糖脆脆蛋糕極有可能做埋 1 月就暫停，把握機會嚟試下佢啦～

⌔ 叮叮叮叮🔔✨ ⌔

日式焦糖布丁🍮✨
布丁用料差唔多，主要係蛋、奶同糖。但唔同配方製作嘅布丁風味迥異，有啲蛋味濃啲，有啲牛奶味偏重，仲有唔同味道如茶味、朱古力味等等。口感方面有人鍾意嫩滑綿密，有人鍾意昭和風口感紮實啲，又有人全部都鍾意⋯⋯ Pretty Sweet 嘅布丁口感就偏向軟滑綿密，雲呢拿、蛋奶味同微苦嘅焦糖平衡得恰到好處⋯⋯ 即將推出😋

While the core ingredients of any pudding remain simple—eggs, milk, and sugar—it is the precise balance and quality of these elements that defines a truly exceptional pudding.

Variations in recipe yield distinct sensory profiles: some highlight a rich egg flavour, while others feature a pronounced creaminess, not to mention infusions such as teas, chocolate, etc. Texture, too, is a matter of personal preference, ranging from creamy, velvety to the more classic Showa firmness.

Pretty Sweet’s puddings exemplify a rich, creamy texture. They’re meticulously balanced where vanilla and the richness of custard are elegantly complemented by a note of bitter caramel, achieving a sophisticated depth of flavour. Arriving Soon.

海鹽焦糖就食得多，今次我哋就用日本味噌煮焦糖去提升味道層次。未必會食得到係味噌味，而少少苦嘅焦糖咀嚼下竟然有啲咖啡嘅 after taste；再嗒下又食到陣特別嘅咸味🙂‍↕️ 配搭鬆軟濕潤嘅蛋白蛋糕、輕盈味噌忌廉同焦糖脆脆⋯⋯ 嗯 ⋯⋯🤌 總之快啲嚟試下啦～😋

Inspired by sea salt caramel, this time we made caramel using miso. The subtle savoury note of the miso beautifully complicates the sweetness in the caramel, creating a sophisticated flavour profile. Come try this cake, which is a perfect harmony of textures of flavours.

新甜品嚟喇😋

首先介紹下呢款朱古力脆脆夾心曲奇；甘立許以 70% 可可含量嘅比利時朱古力製成，味道濃郁🍫 自家製紅桑子醬微酸少甜，平衡返牛油曲奇同朱古力餡嘅濃厚乳脂🤤 最後有朱古力脆脆再為呢款甜品錦上添花✨

朱古力脆脆夾心曲奇
｡朱古力曲奇、朱古力甘立許（使用 70% 可可含量朱古力）、朱古力脆脆、紅桑子醬、可可碎

This sophisticated sandwich cookie features a rich ganache made with 70% cocoa Belgian dark chocolate. The intensity of the chocolate is balanced by a subtly tart, house-made raspberry jam, which cuts through the richness of the butter cookie and creamy ganache.

For added texture, the dessert is finished with chocolate crunchies, providing a delightful crunch that enhances the overall experience.
