A night of French grand crus & Gordon Ramsay’s fire. 🔥🍷

“Les Grand Vins de France” lands at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, The Londoner Macao — and this is the wine dinner you don’t want to miss.
From Champagne to a 2018 Corton Grand Cru, from a 2011 Fronsac to a 2020 Bordeaux Blanc — each course is perfectly paired with wines that tell the story of France’s greatest terroirs.

And the food? Yellow fin tuna tartelette with yuzu & chili soy. Sweet corn mousse with Royal Kristal caviar. Cornish lobster cannelloni with butter-poached tail. Charcoal-grilled Australian striploin with bordelaise sauce. A selection of European cheeses to finish.

All served in the authentic, convivial British gastropub from the multi-Michelin-starred chef himself.

From the Sydney Opera House to the hills of Central Otago 🩰🍷

Misha Wilkinson grew up with ballet and opera. She worked in marketing at the Sydney Opera House and the Royal Opera House in London, then spent 17 years in Singapore as a high-level IT executive.

But the stage lights began to fade. A different dream emerged: not performing on stage, but crafting wines that sing.

In 2004, Misha and her husband Andy left their corporate lives behind. They spent 18 months searching New Zealand for the perfect site — finally discovering Bendigo's lakeside terraces in Central Otago. The rest is history.

Today, Misha's Vineyard celebrates that journey. Every wine is named after a musical symbol — from 'The Starlet' Sauvignon Blanc to 'The High Note' Pinot Noir.

Misha Wilkinson 出身藝術世家,母親是歌劇演員。她自幼學習芭蕾,曾在雪梨歌劇院和倫敦皇家歌劇院擔任市場營銷工作,後來在新加坡度過17年,擔任企業高層的 IT 職位。

但舞台的聚光燈逐漸暗淡,另一個夢想浮現:不是站在台上演出,而是釀造出會唱歌的葡萄酒。

2004年,Misha 與丈夫 Andy 放下了企業生涯,花了18個月在新西蘭尋找理想風土——最終在中奧塔哥的 Bendigo 湖畔梯田找到落腳點。之後的故事,便是歷史。

如今,Misha's Vineyard 見證了這段旅程。每一款酒都以音樂符號命名——從 'The Starlet' 長相思到 'The High Note' 黑皮諾。

At the bottom of the world, something extraordinary grows. 🍇

Central Otago — the world's southernmost wine region. Continental climate, scorching summer days, freezing winter nights, and dramatic diurnal shifts that preserve bright acidity while developing complex, concentrated flavours.

This is Pinot Noir country. Over 80% of Central Otago's vineyards are planted with this notoriously finicky grape — and it thrives here like nowhere else outside Burgundy.

What sets it apart? Unlike New Zealand's maritime regions (think Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc), Central Otago is landlocked, protected by mountains, and defined by extremes. Intense sunlight, low rainfall, and ancient schist-rich soils yield Pinot Noir with bold fruit, silky tannins, and remarkable age-worthiness.
