Hello everyone! We are the Year 2 students who are studying in the Associate Degree of Arts in Communication and Public Relations in the Community College of City University in Hong Kong. Now we are doing our Final Year Project (FYP) – French Sweet Journey, to apply our Public Relations skills to publicize a French confectionary shop - La Madeleine de Proust. La Madeleine de Proust is the first confectionery outlet in Hong Kong to showcase traditional gourmet treats from boutique French producers with rich histories. We are going to use our learnt skills to hold a series of activities, hope to bring all of you to recall your simplex childhood through confectioneries.
