🍑 Ingrédients: 6 yellow peaches, 1 ball of Mozzarella di Bufala, 2 handfuls of arugula, juice of 1 lemon, olive oil, fleur de sel, pepper.

👨‍🍳 Preparation: Arrange a bed of arugula on a serving dish. Slice the peaches thinly and place them over the arugula. Add the mozzarella in the center of the dish, then drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Finish with fleur de sel and pepper, and serve immediately.
