甜品迷注意！

Vinifera搞甜品workshop，今次同甜品大師Oscar Ng合作，佢唔只係Executive Pastry Chef，仲係consultant同recipe creator，亦都喺大專院校客席任教。
今次我地會學整兩款甜品，包括plate dessert同financier，仲會配兩款botrytis甜酒OREMUS 5 PUTTONYONS 2017同CHATEAU SUDUIRAUT 2009。

我地飲酒，唔係求醉，但係酒精非常重要，今個masterclass會深入講解酒精點樣影響支酒，仲會講解各種加減酒精嘅技術，當然唔少得tasting比較啦，快啲報名啦！
