很久沒有做這道料理，週末只想休息，吃得簡單一點。因為孩子們大了，飯量和口味都有改變，所以我稍微調整一下食譜。配上煎多士就成了健康美味的週末午餐了。☺️Shakshuka蕃茄水波蛋:• 6 eggs 雞蛋• 100g of diced spi...

Shakshuka蕃茄水波蛋:
• 6 eggs 雞蛋
• 100g of diced spicy Chorizo 西班牙辣肉腸
• 500g cherry tomatoes 櫻桃蕃茄
• 1 white onion 洋蔥
• 4 cloves of garlic 大蒜
• 2 cans of cannellini beans 白腰豆
• ¼ cup of organic chicken broth 有機雞湯
• 1/4 cup of water 水
• ½ tsp of smoked paprika 煙紅椒粉
• 1/4 tsp of chilly flakes 乾辣椒碎
• 1 tsp of ground cumin 小茴香粉
• 1 tsp of garam masala 印度綜合香料
• 1/2 tsp of ground coriander seeds 芫荽籽粉
• ¼ tsp of ground black pepper 黑胡椒粉
• rock salt season to taste岩鹽
• ¼ cup of chopped coriander 芫茜
• 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil初榨橄欖油
