The spirit is then aged for 18 months in small barrels of Cherry, Ash, Oak, and Robinia wood, each contributing distinct characteristics of fragrance, aroma, colour, and flavour. This aging process follows the natural lunar cycle, allowing the grappa to develop an intense, ethereal, and harmonious bouquet.
