We will be holding a character macaron class in October. The class will last approximately 6 hours. It is a great opportunity for those who want to create their favorite character macarons or for anyone currently baking to learn how to make 3D macarons.

❤️ Class Curriculum

✔️ Understanding the ingredients for character macarons
✔️ Making the batter
✔️ Color combinations
✔️ Designing
✔️ Baking
✔️ 3D expression
✔️ Making buttercream

The class will be taught by patisserie Jane, and instruction will be in English and Cantonese. All ingredients and purchasing sources will be shared, and Jane will generously share her tips and tricks. We encourage everyone to participate!
