香港貿易發展局（HKTDC）日本辦事處為 OSA 2026 的支持機構，衷心感謝一直以來的支持與協助。
在 OSA 2025「得獎清酒品飲 × 最新動向」活動中，香港貿易發展局日本辦事處首席代表 Benjamin Yau 先生亦親臨出席，分享香港對清酒的強勁需求。他指出，日本料理在香港的人氣僅次於中菜；並提到香港約 750 萬人口之中，每年約有 250 萬人前往日本旅遊。各地豐富多元的飲食體驗，也進一步加深大家對清酒的認識與喜愛。🍣🍶

また、OSA 2025「受賞酒試飲 × 最新アップデート」では、香港貿易発展局（HKTDC）ジャパンのチーフ・レプレゼンタティブであるベンジャミン・ヤウ氏にもご登壇いただき、香港における日本酒需要の高まりについてご説明いただきました。香港では日本食が中華料理に次いで人気が高く、人口約 750 万人のうち、毎年約 250 万人が日本を訪れていることにも触れられました。各地域での食・飲の体験が、日本酒への理解と関心をさらに広げていることがうかがえます。🍣🍶

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) Japan is a supporting organization of OSA 2026. Thank you very much for your continued support.
At the OSA 2025 “Award-Winning Sake Tasting × Latest Updates” session, Mr. Benjamin Yau, Chief Representative of HKTDC Japan, also joined us and shared insights on the strong demand for sake in Hong Kong. He noted that Japanese cuisine is especially popular—second only to Chinese cuisine—and highlighted that, from Hong Kong’s population of around 7.5 million, approximately 2.5 million people travel to Japan each year. These food and drink experiences across different regions help deepen appreciation and understanding of sake. 🍣🍶
