中國湯之急凍湯包，是與我們每日精選湯之用料，及其烹調方法同出一徹，我們先將製作好湯包，用高溫消毒處理，加以急凍，令湯水能在攝氐4度下，確保能有90天以上的保鮮期，堅持無添加任何防腐劑和化學物，以保其原味。我們在香港自設廠房，保證由原材料至生產，百份百香港製造，絕對信心之選。
急凍湯包容量為350毫升，其中湯款內含名貴材料，例如：燕窩、鮑魚、花膠等。而其翻熱方法簡便，只須將原包湯放入沸水中，用慢火打開煲蓋加熱約7-10分鐘，又或可直接將湯倒進窩中翻熱。是在家中品嚐老火湯之最佳選擇。
