本地有機農業節日，於每年５月舉行。提高市民購買有機粟米熱情。支持本? 每年5月，香港人食１００萬枝本地粟米。
粟米在２月及3月下種，５月收成，種植難度較低，需時約75天。
先訂購後種植，農民可以按訂單計劃種植。
粟米收成後的桿條可以做復蓋(Mulching)方法保護泥土。鼓勵農民學習更多進步的有機耕種技術。
