Champagne Franck Pascal, located in Baslieux-sous-Chatillon, owns roughly 7 hectares spread through 5 villages from the Marne Valley.
Following his national service where Franck learnt how the chemical used to produce weapons were acting on human beings, once back he realized the pesticides used in the vineyard were similar so he decided from 1998 to move towards organic farming (2005 certification) and biodynamic methods (2006 certification).
Today, his 44 plots comprised of 60% Pinot meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot noir and his intensive manpower work (1 person per hectare) brings him to propose atypical wines he calls « des champagnes pour la vie » (wines of Champagne for well being).
