🆕 We’re proud to spotlight Planteray Rum — a lineup built for the modern bar, where easy-drinking charm meets serious cocktail range.

🌴 Rooted in the Maison Ferrand family of spirits, Planteray carries a house philosophy shaped by French craft and deep Caribbean partnerships — a decades-long pursuit of character, balance, and rums designed to *perform* in the glass.

From bright and breezy white blends to deep, caramel-dark mixers, from tropical fruit riffs to high-proof powerhouses — Planteray is all about flavour with purpose.

✨ Featured bottles — 10 moods, one rum shelf:
• Planteray Original Dark — rich, smooth, and cocktail-ready; the “dark rum” you’ll reach for on autopilot.
• Planteray Pineapple Stiggins’ Fancy — juicy pineapple lift with a polished rum core; instant tiki energy.
• Planteray 3 Stars — clean, crisp, and super versatile; your daiquiri + highball workhorse.
• Planteray O.F.T.D. Overproof — bold, fiery, and unapologetic; a small pour that changes the whole drink.
• Planteray Barbados Aged 5 Years — balanced and classic; warm oak softness with everyday elegance.
• Planteray Isle of Fiji — tropical and plush; ripe, island-style vibes with a silky finish.
• Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum — coconut-forward but not candy; beachy, creamy, and dangerously easy.
• Planteray Sealander — smooth, layered, and “bottle-of-the-night” friendly; built for both sipping and mixing.
• Planteray Barbados XO 20th Anniversary — plush, polished, and celebratory; a slow-sip pour with serious style.
• Planteray Barbados PXXO 20th Anniversary — deeper, darker, and dessert-leaning; indulgent, velvet energy.

🍸 One brand, ten directions — build a daiquiri flight, power up your tiki, or pour something neat when the night slows down.

Your move: pick a bottle, pick a glass, set the tone.

🆕 We’re proud to spotlight — four bottles, four moods, one unmistakably French point of view.

🇫🇷 From a crystal-clear juniper backbone to garden-bright citrus, playful red-fruit lift, and a briny pickle wink that actually works — Citadelle stays true to what we love in gin: clean structure, layered aromatics, and serious mixability.

✨ Featured bottles — four ways to drink Citadelle:
• Citadelle Original Gin de France — classic, crisp and confidently juniper-led with a fresh citrus shine and gentle spice on the finish. Your forever bottle for G&T, Martinis, Negronis, and anything that needs a clean gin spine.
• Citadelle Jardin d'Été Gin de France — sunshine in a glass: bright citrus, soft florals and a breezy garden-herb vibe. Built for highballs, Collins-style serves, and easy spritz-y refreshers.
• Citadelle Rouge Gin de France — red-fruit charm with a refined, gin-clean line underneath. Think juicy berry aromatics balanced by a dry, elegant finish. Perfect for a bramble-style sour, a gin & soda with berries, or a modern “pink gin” moment.
• Citadelle Vive le Cornichon Gin de France — savory, bright, and delightfully briny. It’s the secret weapon for a Dirty Martini, a Pickle Gimlet, or any cocktail where you want that salty snap to cut through.

🍸 Put all four on the bar and you’ve got a full “vibe switch” lineup — from classic to summer, from fruit-forward to savory.
Which one are you pouring first?

🆕 We’re proud to spotlight Mathilde Liqueurs — the fruit-forward side of Maison Ferrand , where orchard ripeness meets artisan finesse.

☀️Crafted with the same respect for provenance that defines the brand, Mathilde celebrates pure fruit character: hand-picked fruit or carefully selected concentrates, balanced sweetness and clean spirit bases that let the fruit sing. These liqueurs are made to be versatile — fold them into classic cocktails, brighten a spritz, or finish a dessert — always with clarity, depth and that signature Ferrand attention to craft.

✨Featured bottles — three ways to love fruit:
• Mathilde Liqueur de Cassis (Blackcurrant) — deep, plush and jammy without being cloying; a concentrated blackcurrant core that lifts kirs and adds luxurious fruit weight to stirred and sparkling serves.
• Mathilde Liqueur de Framboise (Raspberry) — bright, perfumed and lively; vivid red-fruit aromatics make it ideal for light spritzes, fruity sours or a fragrant twist in a champagne coupe.
• Mathilde Liqueur de Pêche (Peach) — silky, sun-warmed stone fruit with a gentle floral seam; it brings summer softness to cocktails, pairs beautifully with sparkling wine, and adds a plush finish to dessert-forward drinks.

🍸 Orchard, bottle, bar — Mathilde Liqueurs turn simple moments into delicious rituals. Add a splash, stir a classic, or build a new signature — these are the bottles that make cocktails feel a little more like freshness, anytime.

🆕We’re proud to welcome Maison Ferrand — a family-led spirits house built on centuries of French savoir-faire.

🇫🇷Rooted in the Cognac region, Maison Ferrand draws inspiration from historic estates, traditional copper stills and time-honoured cellar practices, while reinterpreting them for the modern bar. Under the vision of Alexandre Gabriel, the house has become known for reviving forgotten recipes, championing authentic raw materials, and crafting spirits that respect origin while embracing creativity. Heritage here isn’t nostalgia — it’s a foundation for innovation.

🍊 Featured bottles — three expressions of flavour and finesse: these selections span the house’s world of citrus and orchard-driven liqueurs, built to perform both in classic recipes and modern twists.
• Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao — refined and aromatic, with clean bitter-orange peel notes balanced by a dry, elegant structure that elevates classic cocktails; ideal for Sidecars, stirred classics and any serve that needs a precise orange backbone.
• Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao Yuzu — a vibrant twist on the original, layering fragrant yuzu citrus over Ferrand’s signature curaçao base for a brighter, more contemporary profile.
• Pierre Ferrand Pineau des Charentes — a classic expression of Cognac-region savoir-faire, blending fresh grape must with young Grande Champagne Cognac and patiently aged in oak. Lush yet balanced, it delivers ripe orchard fruit and gentle sweetness lifted by freshness and subtle spice.
• Ferrand 1840 Original 1er Cru de Cognac — a revival of the classic Ferrand “3 Star,” this blend is built from eaux-de-vie of Angeac in Grande Champagne, distilled in traditional Alambic Charentais and aged in Limousin oak. It shows floral perfumes and bright fruit with delicate spice, marrying the 1840 Pinet-Castillon style with Pierre Ferrand’s modern identity — a handsome bottle for both shelf and cocktail.

🥃 Heritage meets citrus and orchard — sip slowly and you’ll hear the story

👫Luneau Papin — a Loire family house that lets Melon de Bourgogne speak through low-intervention farming and lees contact, producing wines of pure terroir and refined texture.

🌱Rooted in small parcels and long-term land stewardship, the team blends tradition with careful innovation: low-intervention farming, site-specific picking, gentle pressings and measured élevage to preserve purity. They favour texture from lees contact and subtle oak when it serves the fruit, always aiming to let soil and vintage speak first. The result is Melon de Bourgogne with focus — bright, tactile and endlessly interesting.

🍋La Grange is the approachable, crowd-pleasing bottle: open, rounded and food-friendly with a bit of lees-driven creaminess. Clos des Allées Monopole takes a more introspective path: tauter, more mineral and layered — a bottle that rewards slow sipping and a second pour.

🥂La Grange is the friendly, immediate Melon de Bourgogne — rounded, lees-touched and effortlessly food-friendly, ideal for relaxed meals and easy sharing. Clos des Allées Monopole contrasts with taut minerality and layered tension: more sculpted and cellaring-worthy, it unfolds slowly and rewards focused tasting. Together they show Luneau-Papin’s skill at balancing approachability with terroir-driven precision.
