W**e beginners often ask: can red w**e go with Chinese hairy crab?
The key lies in matching the w**e’s structure to the intensity of the food. Master 503 is not a heavy-tannin Bordeaux. Its clear fruit, relatively soft tannins and lively acidity help avoid the common metallic clash. We recommend serving it lightly chilled to 16–18°C. This heightens the freshness, allowing the richness of the crab roe and the w**e’s red-fruit layers to lift each other rather than compete.

The work shows the unicorn struggling for survival, a pure and free spirit that remains unbroken even in adversity. Saint Mas adopted this emblem to weave that same determination for free choice into every bottle’s pursuit of authentic terroir.

Master 1231, for example, comes from the little-known Cabardès “double-coastal” appellation, offering outstanding structure and a distinctive experience at an approachable price. Master 329 and Master 503, in turn, carry the authentic character of Languedoc and Bordeaux respectively.
