Hi everyone.

For a limited time only, the Yue Chinese Food Restaurant located at the Sheraton Tung Chung Hotel is having a specialty dish.

Pigeon soup!

Sounds simple but not,

Within this master piece, the pigeon has been stuff with variety different fungus and mushroom, filling the broth with a taste of reminiscences of peace, and aroma that transcends your mind of happiness.

This also include their pigeon clay rice, and steamed chicken.

However you have to make 1 day in advance before trying these dishes!

So if you want to eat it on friday night, make sure you give the restaurant a call on thursday night.

Hurry! Before this dish gone!
