On the palate, it offers a vibrant acidity with hints of citrus and lychee, leading to a long, refreshing herbal finish. Excellent with seafood (such as grilled prawns), fresh salads, goat cheese, or spiced Asian cuisine (like Thai dishes).
Grapes are hand-harvested during the cool night hours to maintain a low temperature before fermentation, locking in the purest fruit aromas.
It is often described as the "sensory calling card" of Moldova. The unique muscat-like aroma of the Viorica grape combined with a crisp, dry finish has earned it numerous awards at international competitions like Decanter.
