Wan Chai whisky night with IWSC judge Carmen Tam, a masterclass you can’t miss! 🥃

Daiking is China’s first single malt, aged at 1,545m on Fujian’s misty mountain peaks. Non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, bringing out a special kick you don’t get from lowland distilleries. Don’t miss out on Carmen’s insights! Chinese whisky is one to watch.

灣仔威士忌之夜，有 IWSC 評判 Carmen Tam 坐鎮，一個你唔可以錯過嘅 masterclass！🥃

大芹係中國第一款單一麥芽威士忌，喺福建雲霧繚繞嘅山頂陳釀，海拔1545米。非冷凝過濾同埋天然色澤，帶出一種特別嘅刺激感，係低地酒廠做唔到嘅。唔好錯過Carmen嘅見解！中國威士忌絕對值得試。
