After 13 hours in the making our smoked pulled ham sandwich is showing itself to the world. This is not your typical pork bbq sandwich. But we take the intense laboring process of marinating in pineapple juice dry rubbing then slow cooking a ham for a day. Then we marinate again and wet chipotle house rub as it cools before it is pulled. Pilled high on our fresh bun and topped with pickled sweet onion jam and dill pickles. Incredible balance of flavors. Come get yours Saturday while they last.
