The road to Keem is now closed to allow blue light services access in the event of an emergency.
Every second counts!!

Achill has another four Blue Flag beaches to choose from so take your pick, have fun and stay safe.

If you see anyone in difficulty in the sea or on the shore dial 112/999 and as for the Coast Guard.
